Our roofing warranty is one of the best in the industry:
*We hand nail every shingle. This ensures that all shingles are firmly attached to roof. Most roofers use air nailers to nail the shingles: hand nailing ensures that the nails do not tear the shingles and also that the nails are in solidly installed in the decking.
*We use 30 lb. felt paper. Many other roofers use 15 lb. Felt paper is important and we use the heaviest and best weight.
*Collins Enterprises gives clients peace of mind with a 3 year roof warranty. Other roofers are offering a 90 day warranty or some offer a 1 year warranty. We are able to offer this valuable warranty because we hand nail our shingles.
